Founded in 2006 in the City of Bulawayo Zimbabwe, Gwande Properties is a wholly Zimbabwean owned company that provides Real Estate solutions under one roof and has become one of the major players in the Real Estate sector in Bulawayo. Our motto is “PROPERTY IS REAL WEALTH” and we believe that investing in property is one of the safest investments one can do in life. The company hopes to grow in size as well as geographical location.

• Deceased estates. The registered valuer is on Master of High court’s panel of valuers

• Sourcing of suitable development land on behalf of clients

• Project management

 

Property auctions

• Our license permits us to carry out property auctions although we currently do not conduct any. This is one expansion area we have earmarked for the future.
